1. 基本方針
末永 友成（以下「開発者」といいます）は、iOSアプリ「Framinoa」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報を適切に取り扱います。
本アプリは独自のアカウント登録を必要としません。PremiumのiCloud同期にはAppleのiCloudアカウントを使用します。本アプリは、広告配信、アクセス解析および第三者によるトラッキングを行いません。
2. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
本アプリで入力または生成される以下の情報は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。PremiumのiCloud同期を利用した場合は、同期対象の情報がAppleのCloudKitにも保存されます。
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号、位置情報または連絡先を、アプリの機能として取得しません。
- 写真および写真に関連するサムネイル
- 一言などの短い文章（最大80文字）
- 記録日、作成日時および更新日時
- ハッシュタグ
- お気に入り状態
- オンボーディングの表示状態
- 通知の有効状態および通知時刻
- 通知対象として選択した曜日
- 表示言語、オンボーディング、初回ガイドおよび評価依頼に関する状態
- Frame Exportの週キーおよび無料版での利用回数
- StoreKit 2で確認したPremiumの利用状態、プランおよび月額プランの有効期限
- フレームおよびハッシュタグの削除日時など、削除済みデータの復活を防ぐための情報
- CloudKitの変更状態、同期済みレコード情報、最終同期日時、同期エラーおよびCloudKitアカウントを識別するためにAppleから提供されるレコード識別子
3. 利用目的
取り扱う情報は、写真や一言の記録、Day・Month・Yearでの表示、検索、ハッシュタグ・お気に入りによる絞り込み、編集、削除、通知、表示言語、Premium、Frame Export、iCloud同期、同期競合の解決および異なるiCloudアカウント間での意図しないデータ統合の防止その他本アプリの機能を提供するために利用されます。
開発者がこれらの情報を広告配信、アクセス解析、行動追跡、販売または第三者への提供のために利用することはありません。
4. 端末内での保存および削除
フレームの情報は、端末内のApplication Support領域にJSON形式で保存され、写真およびサムネイルも端末内に保存されます。表示用の写真は選択時のデータおよび形式を保って保存し、一覧用のサムネイルは長辺最大480pxのJPEGへ変換します。
ハッシュタグ、通知の有効状態および通知時刻は、端末内のUserDefaultsに保存されます。
Premiumの有効状態はStoreKit 2の検証済みトランザクションを正とし、起動時の表示等に必要な状態のみを端末内のUserDefaultsへ保存します。
利用者は、本アプリ内の削除機能を使用することで、端末内のフレームまたはハッシュタグを削除できます。iCloud同期の利用中は、その削除もCloudKitへ同期されます。削除済みデータの復活を防ぐため、フレームの識別子、記録日および削除日時、またはハッシュタグの削除日時を一定期間保持する場合があります。写真を削除または差し替えた場合、参照されなくなった端末内の写真とサムネイルも整理されます。
本アプリを端末から削除すると、その端末内に保存された情報は削除されますが、すでにCloudKitへ同期された情報は自動的には削除されず、同じiCloudアカウントを使用する他の端末または本アプリの再インストール後に再び同期される場合があります。CloudKit上のデータを削除する場合は、本アプリ内で対象データを削除して同期してください。AppleがiCloudの設定またはデータ管理機能を提供している場合は、その方法も利用できます。削除方法についてのご相談は第11項の窓口で受け付けます。
5. Appleのサービスおよび外部への送信
本アプリは、端末内に保存された写真、文章、ハッシュタグおよび記録内容を、開発者が管理するサーバーへ送信しません。
PremiumのiCloud同期を利用した場合、フレームの識別子、記録日、一言、お気に入り状態、関連するハッシュタグ、作成・更新日時、写真、ハッシュタグの名称・作成・更新日時、削除情報および同期に必要な技術情報が、AppleのCloudKitへ送信されます。これらは、利用者のiCloudアカウントに紐づくCloudKitのPrivate Database内のFraminoa専用領域に保存されます。
iCloud同期では、Appleから提供されるCloudKitアカウントのレコード識別子を端末内に保存し、以前と異なるiCloudアカウントが使用された場合に意図しないデータ統合を防止します。開発者は、この識別子を独自のアカウント作成、広告または追跡のために利用しません。
Premiumの購入、復元および利用資格の確認にはAppleのStoreKitおよびApp Storeを使用します。これらの処理に必要な購入・取引情報はAppleにより処理され、Appleの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。開発者がクレジットカード番号、Apple Accountのパスワードその他の決済情報を直接取得することはありません。
写真の選択にはiOSの写真ライブラリ関連機能を、撮影にはカメラ機能を使用します。利用者が選択または撮影した写真は本アプリ内へ保存され、開発者のサーバーへ自動送信されません。
毎日の記録リマインダーには、iOSのローカル通知機能を使用します。通知内容が開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、広告配信、アクセス解析および第三者によるトラッキング機能を利用していません。
6. iCloud同期、保存期間およびバックアップ
iCloud同期はPremium機能です。同期を利用するには、利用者がiCloudへサインインし、利用可能なiCloudストレージおよび通信環境を確保する必要があります。同期開始後は変更が自動的に同期され、設定画面から手動で同期することもできます。
同期に失敗した場合も端末内のデータは維持され、未送信の変更は次回の同期時に再試行されることがあります。競合時は、原則として更新日時または削除日時が新しい変更を優先します。異なるiCloudアカウントへの切替えを検知した場合、意図しないデータ統合を防ぐため同期を停止することがあります。
月額プランの終了またはPremium利用資格の喪失後はiCloud同期を利用できなくなりますが、そのことだけを理由として端末内またはCloudKit上の同期済みデータを自動的に削除しません。CloudKit上のデータの保存期間および削除は、Appleのサービス仕様、利用者の操作およびiCloudの設定にも従います。
端末のバックアップ機能などにより、本アプリの情報が端末外に保存される場合があります。その場合の保存、復元および取り扱いは、利用者が利用するAppleその他のサービス提供者が定める規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。
7. 第三者提供
利用者の写真、文章、ハッシュタグその他の記録内容は、開発者が取得または閲覧できる仕組みにはなっていません。
そのため、開発者がこれらの記録内容を第三者へ販売または提供することはありません。
なお、iCloud同期、Premiumの購入、写真の選択・撮影および端末バックアップには、前記のとおりAppleが提供するサービスまたは機能が利用されます。
8. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは、子どもの個人情報を意図的に取得しません。未成年者が本アプリを使用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意および監督のもとで使用してください。
9. 安全管理
本アプリは、情報を端末内で管理し、iCloud同期を利用した場合はAppleのCloudKit Private Databaseを使用します。記録内容を開発者が管理するサーバーへ送信する設計ではありません。
ただし、利用者の端末自体の紛失、故障、不正アクセス、通信障害、iCloudまたはバックアップサービスの容量不足・障害・仕様変更その他の事情による情報の消失、変更、同期失敗または漏えいについて、開発者は完全な防止を保証するものではありません。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
開発者は、本アプリの機能変更、法令の改正その他必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。
変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページまたは本アプリ内に掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

1. Basic Policy
Yu-sei Suenaga (the “Developer”) handles user information appropriately in the iOS application Framinoa (the “App”).
The App does not require a separate Framinoa account. Premium iCloud sync uses your Apple iCloud account. The App does not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.
2. Information Handled by the App
The following information entered or generated in the App is generally stored on your device. When you use Premium iCloud sync, synchronized information is also stored in Apple CloudKit.
The App does not collect your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, location, or contacts as part of its features.
- Photos and related thumbnails
- Short notes of up to 80 characters
- Record dates and creation and update timestamps
- Hashtags
- Favorite status
- Onboarding display status
- Whether notifications are enabled and their selected time and weekdays
- Display language and the status of onboarding, coach marks, and app-review requests
- The Frame Export week key and number of free exports
- Premium status, plan, and monthly-plan expiration verified through StoreKit 2
- Deletion timestamps and other information used to prevent deleted frames or hashtags from reappearing
- CloudKit change state, synchronized-record metadata, the last synchronization time, synchronization errors, and the record identifier provided by Apple to distinguish the CloudKit account
3. Purposes of Use
Information handled by the App is used to provide its features, including photo and note records; Day, Month, and Year views; search; hashtag and favorite filters; editing and deletion; notifications; display language; Premium; Frame Export; iCloud sync; resolution of synchronization conflicts; and prevention of unintended merging between different iCloud accounts.
The Developer does not use this information for advertising, analytics, behavior tracking, sale, or disclosure to third parties.
4. On-Device Storage and Deletion
Frame data is stored as JSON in the App’s Application Support area. Photos and thumbnails are also stored on the device. A display photo is stored using the selected data and format, while its list thumbnail is converted to JPEG with a maximum long edge of 480 px.
Hashtags, notification settings, language settings, and related App preferences are stored in UserDefaults on the device.
Verified StoreKit 2 transactions are authoritative for Premium access. Only status needed for launch and display is cached in UserDefaults.
You can delete a frame or hashtag stored on your device using the App’s deletion features. While iCloud sync is in use, the deletion is also synchronized to CloudKit. To prevent deleted data from reappearing, the App may retain a frame identifier, record date, and deletion timestamp, or a hashtag deletion timestamp, for a period of time. When a photo is deleted or replaced, unreferenced on-device photos and thumbnails are also cleaned up.
Deleting the App removes information stored on that device, but does not automatically delete information already synchronized to CloudKit. That information may synchronize again on another device using the same iCloud account or after you reinstall the App. To delete data in CloudKit, delete the relevant data in the App and synchronize. You may also use an iCloud settings or data-management method if Apple makes one available. Contact the Developer under Section 11 for guidance about deletion methods.
5. Apple Services and External Transmission
The App does not send photos, text, hashtags, or record contents stored on your device to a server operated by the Developer.
When you use Premium iCloud sync, the App sends to Apple CloudKit the frame identifier, record date, note, favorite status, related hashtags, creation and update timestamps, photo, hashtag name and timestamps, deletion information, and technical information required for synchronization. This information is stored in the Framinoa-specific zone of the CloudKit Private Database associated with your iCloud account.
For iCloud sync, the App stores on your device the CloudKit account record identifier provided by Apple and uses it to prevent unintended merging if a different iCloud account is used. The Developer does not use this identifier to create a separate account or for advertising or tracking.
Premium purchases, restoration, and entitlement checks use Apple’s StoreKit and App Store. Purchase and transaction information needed for these processes is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. The Developer does not directly obtain your credit card number, Apple Account password, or other payment credentials.
The App uses iOS photo-library features to select photos and the camera to take photos. Photos you select or take are stored in the App and are not automatically uploaded to a Developer server.
Record reminders use iOS local notifications. Notification content is not sent to a Developer server.
The App does not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.
6. iCloud Sync, Retention, and Device Backups
iCloud sync is a Premium feature. It requires you to be signed in to iCloud and to have available iCloud storage and a network connection. After synchronization starts, changes are synchronized automatically, and you can also start a synchronization manually in Settings.
If synchronization fails, on-device data is retained, and pending changes may be retried during a later synchronization. In a conflict, the change with the later update or deletion timestamp generally takes priority. If the App detects a different iCloud account, it may stop synchronization to prevent unintended merging of data.
If a monthly plan ends or Premium entitlement is otherwise lost, iCloud sync becomes unavailable, but synchronized data is not automatically deleted from the device or CloudKit solely for that reason. Retention and deletion of data in CloudKit are also governed by Apple’s service behavior, your actions, and your iCloud settings.
Device backup features may store App information outside your device. Storage, restoration, and handling in that case are governed by the terms and privacy policies of Apple or the relevant service provider.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
The App is not designed to allow the Developer to collect or view users’ photos, text, hashtags, or other record contents.
Accordingly, the Developer does not sell or provide such record contents to third parties.
As described above, iCloud sync, Premium purchases, photo selection and capture, and device backups use services or features provided by Apple.
8. Children
The App does not intentionally collect children’s personal information. Minors should use the App with parental consent and supervision where appropriate.
9. Security
The App manages information on the device and, when you use iCloud sync, uses Apple’s CloudKit Private Database. It is not designed to send record contents to a server operated by the Developer.
The Developer cannot guarantee complete prevention of loss, alteration, synchronization failure, or disclosure caused by device loss or failure, unauthorized access, network failures, insufficient storage, failures or changes in iCloud or backup services, or other circumstances beyond the Developer’s control.
10. Changes to This Policy
The Developer may revise this Privacy Policy due to App changes, legal developments, or other needs.
A revised Privacy Policy takes effect when posted on this page or in the App.
