1. 基本方針
末永 友成（以下「運営者」といいます）は、HiraMemo / ひらメモ（以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザー情報を適切に取り扱います。
本アプリは、ユーザーの思いつきを記録することを目的としており、広告配信、SNS機能、ユーザー行動の販売、AIによる評価や要約を行いません。
利用状況の分析、品質改善および障害調査のため、Google LLCが提供するFirebase AnalyticsおよびFirebase Crashlyticsを利用します。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を主にユーザーの端末内に保存することがあります。
本アプリは、クレジットカード番号、Apple IDのパスワード、金融機関のログイン情報を取得しません。
Premiumの購入はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われます。運営者がクレジットカード情報を直接取得することはありません。
- テキストメモの内容
- 録音した音声ファイル
- 音声から作成された文字起こし
- メモの作成日時、更新日時、状態
- メモおよびカテゴリのUUID
- カテゴリ名、カテゴリ色
- ピン留め状態
- 通知設定
- テーマカラーなどのアプリ設定
- Premiumの利用状態
- CloudKit同期に必要なデータ
- マイク、音声認識、通知に関する許可状態
3. Firebase AnalyticsおよびFirebase Crashlytics
本アプリでは、FirebaseCore、FirebaseAnalyticsおよびFirebaseCrashlyticsを使用しています。これらを通じて、Google LLC等のFirebaseサービス提供者へ、利用状況の分析、品質改善、障害調査およびクラッシュ対応に必要な情報が送信・処理されます。
Firebase Analyticsでは、アプリインスタンスIDなどのアプリ・端末関連識別子、端末・OS・アプリのバージョン等の技術情報、セッションや利用イベント、標準的なユーザープロパティなどが自動的に取得される場合があります。また、Googleの資料に基づき、IPアドレス等から概算地域が推定される場合があります。実際に取得される項目は、SDKのバージョン、OS、設定および利用状況等により異なります。
本アプリが明示的に記録するカスタムイベントは、app_launched、text_memo_created、voice_memo_createdです。現時点では、これらのイベントに追加パラメータを付けていません。
メモ本文、録音音声、文字起こし内容、カテゴリ名、メールアドレスその他の入力内容を、Firebase Analyticsのカスタムイベントへ送信する実装はありません。
Firebase Crashlyticsでは、クラッシュ発生時のスタックトレース、関連するアプリの状態、端末およびOSの情報、アプリインストール等に関連する識別子が取得される場合があります。本アプリでは、Analyticsイベント名をCrashlyticsのログとして記録しますが、そのログにメモ本文、録音音声、文字起こし内容、カテゴリ名またはメールアドレスを含めません。現時点では、非致命的エラーを明示的に記録する呼び出しはありません。
Firebaseのデータの取り扱い、保存期間、削除方法および地域は、Google/Firebaseの規約、プライバシー関連資料、Firebaseコンソールの設定および各SDKの仕様に従います。運営者が確認できる範囲を超えるGoogle側の保存期間を、運営者が独自に保証するものではありません。
4. 音声および文字起こし
本アプリでは、ユーザーが録音した音声を端末内に保存します。
文字起こし機能を利用した場合、AppleのSpeech Frameworkを通じて音声認識処理が行われます。端末やOSの状態によっては、音声データまたは音声認識に必要な情報がAppleのサーバーへ送信される場合があります。
文字起こしの処理およびデータの取り扱いについては、Appleのプライバシーポリシーおよび音声認識機能の仕様も適用されます。
マイクまたは音声認識の許可を無効にした場合、該当する機能を利用できないことがあります。
5. iCloudおよびCloudKit
PremiumユーザーがiCloud同期を有効にした場合、メモ、カテゴリ、削除状態、音声ファイルなどがAppleのCloudKitを利用して同期されます。
同期データは、ユーザーのiCloudアカウントに関連付けられたCloudKit領域に保存されます。
Firebase AnalyticsおよびFirebase Crashlyticsによる利用状況の分析・障害調査を除き、広告配信および広告目的の追跡は行いません。
6. 利用目的
取得・保存した情報は、メモ、録音、文字起こしの保存、メモの一覧表示・検索・分類、カテゴリおよびピン留め機能、通知の表示、Premium機能の提供および利用状態の確認、iCloud同期、利用状況の分析、品質改善、障害調査、お問い合わせへの対応のために利用します。
メモ本文、音声、文字起こし、カテゴリ情報を広告、販売、公開、評価、要約またはAIによるアイデア生成のために利用しません。
7. 第三者提供および外部サービス
運営者は、法令に基づく場合または本アプリの機能提供に必要な場合を除き、ユーザーのメモ内容、音声、文字起こし、カテゴリ情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。
本アプリの機能提供のため、以下のサービス提供者が関与します。
- Apple App Store：Premiumの購入処理
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit：Premiumの同期処理
- Apple Speech Framework：文字起こし処理
- Google Firebase（Google LLC等）：利用状況の分析、品質改善および障害調査
8. 保存期間および削除
保存されたメモおよびカテゴリは、ユーザーが削除操作を行うまで保存されます。
本アプリでは、同期によるデータ復活を防ぐため、削除時に直ちに物理削除せず、削除済み状態および削除日時を保持する場合があります。
削除済みデータは、通常の一覧、整理モード、件数、統計、カテゴリ選択には表示されません。
Premiumの月額プランを解約した場合も、ローカルデータおよび削除済みデータは直ちに削除されません。
Firebase AnalyticsおよびFirebase Crashlyticsに関するデータの保存期間や削除時期は、Google/Firebaseのポリシー、SDKの仕様およびFirebaseコンソールの設定に従います。運営者は、Firebaseコンソールの設定を確認できない状態で具体的な保存日数を定めたり保証したりしません。
9. 安全管理
運営者は、保存された情報が不正に利用されないよう、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
ただし、端末の紛失、OSやAppleサービスの障害、第三者による不正アクセスなど、運営者の管理を超える事由について完全な安全を保証するものではありません。

11. ポリシーの変更
運営者は、法令、サービス内容、Appleの仕様変更などに応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

本ポリシーは日本法に準拠します。

1. Basic policy
Yu-sei Suenaga (the “Developer”) handles user information relating to HiraMemo / ひらメモ (the “App”) appropriately.
The App is designed to record users’ ideas. It does not provide advertising, social networking features, the sale of user behavior, or AI-based evaluation or summarization.
The App uses Google LLC’s Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to analyze usage, improve quality, investigate issues, and respond to crashes.
2. Information stored on the device
The following information may be stored primarily on the user’s device:
The App does not collect credit card numbers, Apple Account passwords, or financial institution login credentials. Premium purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store, and the Developer does not directly obtain payment card information.
- Text memo content
- Recorded audio files
- Transcriptions generated from audio
- Memo creation dates, update dates, and statuses
- Memo and category UUIDs
- Category names and colors
- Pinned status
- Notification settings
- Theme color and other app settings
- Premium entitlement status
- Data required for CloudKit synchronization
- Permission states for the microphone, speech recognition, and notifications
3. Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics
The App uses FirebaseCore, FirebaseAnalytics, and FirebaseCrashlytics. Through these services, information necessary for usage analysis, quality improvement, issue investigation, and crash handling may be sent to and processed by Google LLC and other Firebase service providers.
Firebase Analytics may automatically collect app-instance identifiers and other app- or device-related identifiers, technical information such as device, operating system, and app versions, sessions and usage events, and standard user properties. Based on Google’s materials, an approximate location may also be inferred from information such as an IP address. The actual information collected may vary depending on the SDK version, operating system, configuration, and usage.
The custom events explicitly recorded by the App are app_launched, text_memo_created, and voice_memo_created. No additional parameters are currently attached to these events.
The App does not send memo text, recorded audio, transcription content, category names, email addresses, or other user-entered content as parameters of its custom Firebase Analytics events.
Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash stack traces, relevant application state, device and operating system information, and identifiers related to the app installation. The App records Analytics event names as Crashlytics logs, but those logs do not contain memo text, recorded audio, transcription content, category names, or email addresses. The App currently has no call site that explicitly records non-fatal errors.
The handling, retention, deletion, and processing locations of Firebase data are governed by Google/Firebase terms, privacy materials, Firebase Console settings, and the specifications of each SDK. The Developer does not independently guarantee a specific Google-side retention period that has not been confirmed in the Firebase Console.
4. Audio and transcription
Audio recorded by the user is stored on the device.
When transcription is used, speech recognition is performed through Apple’s Speech Framework. Depending on the device and operating system, audio data or information required for speech recognition may be sent to Apple’s servers.
Apple’s privacy policy and the specifications of its speech recognition features also apply to transcription processing and data handling.
If microphone or speech recognition permission is disabled, the relevant features may not be available.
5. iCloud and CloudKit
When a Premium user enables iCloud synchronization, memos, categories, deletion status, audio files, and related data are synchronized using Apple CloudKit.
Synchronized data is stored in the CloudKit area associated with the user’s iCloud account.
Except for usage analysis and issue investigation through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, the App does not provide advertising or advertising-purpose tracking.
6. Purposes of use
Collected and stored information is used to save memos, recordings, and transcriptions; provide memo listing, search, and organization; provide categories and pinning; display notifications; provide Premium features and confirm entitlement; synchronize with iCloud; analyze usage; improve quality; investigate issues; and respond to inquiries.
The Developer does not use memo text, audio, transcriptions, or category information for advertising, sale, publication, evaluation, summarization, or AI-generated ideas.
7. Third-party providers and external services
Except where required by law or necessary to provide the App’s features, the Developer does not sell or provide memo text, audio, transcriptions, or category information to third parties.
The following providers are involved in providing the App’s features:
- Apple App Store: Premium purchase processing
- Apple iCloud / CloudKit: synchronization
- Apple Speech Framework: transcription processing
- Google Firebase (including Google LLC): usage analysis, quality improvement, and issue investigation
8. Retention and deletion
Saved memos and categories are retained until the user deletes them.
To prevent data from being restored through synchronization, the App may retain a deleted status and deletion date instead of physically deleting data immediately.
Deleted data is not shown in the normal list, organization mode, counts, statistics, or category selection.
Local data and deleted data are not immediately deleted when the Premium monthly plan is cancelled.
The retention period and deletion timing for Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics data follow Google/Firebase policies, SDK specifications, and Firebase Console settings. The Developer does not state or guarantee a specific number of days without confirming the relevant Firebase Console settings.
9. Security
The Developer takes reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized use of stored information.
However, the Developer cannot guarantee complete security against events outside the Developer’s control, including loss of a device, operating system or Apple service failures, and unauthorized access by third parties.

11. Changes to this policy
The Developer may change this Privacy Policy in response to laws, changes in the App’s services, changes to Apple’s specifications, or other circumstances.
The revised policy will take effect when posted on this page.
12. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Japan.
